Ramadan Tips 2019

1. Drink a lot of water to avoid being thirsty.
2. Your meals should include all the nutrients needed in the body. If you're not sure if it contains all the vitamins/minerals, try taking multivitamin pills.
3. Do not eat foods that take longer to digest so it doesn't cause stomach discomfort.
4. Add a tablespoon of chia seeds in your water 2-3 times a week. This would give you a energy boost if your body is feeling tired.
5. Stay away from foods that cause thirst such as heavy desserts, salty foods & sweets.
6. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep to avoid feeling exhausted.
7. To finish the Quran in a month, read 4-5 pages of after each salat.
8. Repent
9. Pray on time.
