10 Health Tips That Are Sunnah

1. Wake Up Early Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) slept early and woke up with to the Adhan for  Fajr daily . Being an early riser has scientifically been correlated with better productivity, as well as better mental health in general. So, waking up early may be hard but with baby steps, even if it’s just waking up 10 minutes earlier than your usual  can start improving your quality of life. 2. Eat In Moderation “The son of Adam does not fill any vessel worse than his stomach. It is sufficient for the son of Adam to eat a few morsels to keep him alive. If he must fill it, then one-third for his food, one-third for his drink, and one-third for air.” 3. Eat Slowly It takes our body 20 minutes to send signals to our brain that it is full. Tips for Studying For Exams

1. Intentions Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, deeds depend upon intentions. Indeed, every person will be rewarded based on their intentions…” (Bukhari and Muslim). Do not have any doubts and make your intentions clear. 2.Make Prayers Time management is key but always make sure to work around your five daily prayers. 3. Make du'a before during and after W hen struggling to understand a unit or subject we struggle with, make Dua. Turn to Him and ask Him directly.  Make sure to concentrate and not have any distractions while making the du'a. 4. Take advantage of Tahajjud Time. The last part of the night, right before dawn, is considered a blessed time. In the Quran, Allah says, “Lo! The vigil of the night is (a time) when impression is more keen and speech more certain” (73:6).  Go to bed right after praying Isha and wake up an hour or two before Fajr starts. َللَّهُمَّ اَكْرِمْنْيْ بِنُوْرِ الْفَهْمِ وَ خَرَّجَنِيْ مِنْ ظُلُمَاتِ الْوَهْمِ وَ افْتَحْ عَلَيْنَا اَبْوَابَ عِلْمَكَ، وَ انْشُرْ عَلَيْنَا خُزَّانَ مَعْرِفَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ، اَللَّهُمَّ وَفِّقْنِيْ فِىْ الْمُطَالَعَةِ بِحَلِّ جَمِيْعِ مُشْكِلاَتِ الْمَسَآئِلِ مِنَ الْكُتُبِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ Allaahumma akrimnee binooril fahmi wa kharrajanee min z’ulumaatil wahmi waftah’ a’lainaa abwaaba i’lmak.
