1. Plan Your Day
Know what time is best for you. If you are a morning person for example, that would be the best time for you to do the most difficult tasks. Your mind will be fresh and sharp. If you are not sure when you are the most productive, take notes on yourself for 1-2 weeks and see what works best for you.

2. Write Down The Tasks In An Agenda
Note down the tasks you need to get done in the day in an agenda. Remember to always be realistic about the amount of responsibilities that you can handle.

3. Direct Your Focus
Always remove all distractions that are taking your mind away from the task you need to focus on.

4. Don't overdo it
It is significant to be aware of when you have passed your productivity level and take a break.

5. Take Care Of Yourself
Remember to get enough sleep. Try sleeping 7-8 hours a day. Also make time to pray and socialization. Work when it is time to work and rest when it is time to rest. 

6. Reward Yourself
There is moments in our life where we struggle to get things done even if we enjoy it. Why not reward yourself? We are only human right? And sometimes we require motivation. The reward could be as small as drinking your favourite beverage.
